It is important for every organization to communicate its intentions, vision, mission and values and goals clearly so please find below a list of Conroy Hockey Rules and please abide by them at all times for all seminars unless otherwise noted.


We firmly believe in the value of proactively “communicating and educating” our clients and staff. Our Rules have been created to support and enhance our Core Values and the goals of this organization. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our rules please contact us and we will be glad to discuss them with you. Please also be sure to read our Consent Form as it explains further our expectations, we have some many written rules so that our expectations and yours are clear. Some events will have more rules.

All kids are welcomed and will be treated EQUALLY regardless of skill level; effort and attitude are the KEYS!

No Special menus or special NEEDS can or will be accommodated by our staff or our activities.

If a Coach is ever kicked out of a game at our Tournaments they can never coach again at our activities unless the case is reviewed and approval provided by COACH CONROY.

A Player who receives a Match Penalty shall serve a 3 games suspension in our system (we don’t care how far you drove!) SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS!!!!!

RESPECT THE REFEREES & Off Ice officials!

NO Video Games, cell phones or IPODS allowed at our sessions, this is a learning and TEAM environment.

No Pop is allowed for snacks, water, Gatorade, juice or milk (chocolate milk is great) think Healthy.

Bad behavior will be addressed promptly.

Abuse of our staff is not tolerated.

The coach is the leader & is always right.

Hard work is rewarded, disrespect is punished.

You must participate in all activities to the best of your abilities with a CAN DO attitude.

WE will listen respectfully to ALL FEEDBACK!
