When we receive a question or comment that our site does not address clearly we will add to this section to help you get familiar with our products and services! We plan to grow and grow with your support so we will do our best to meet your needs and will always respond to your feedback negative or positive.

Where will you conduct your seminars and clinics?

Our clinics are not preordained and we will conduct them for any organization that wishes us to do so anywhere.

Some of our skills clinics will be established and some will be based on demand. If you are able to round up a group for us we will give the Organizer a free pass for one of their children. We will be expanding our seminars and clinics as time progresses so stay tuned to our Products & Services Times and Contact Us for more information.

Why do you have a no refund policy?
Several excellent reasons:

1. We do our best to keep our costs low while providing a great product, if people cancel and get a refund we may have to cancel the sessions for all of the kids to avoid a loss.
2. The hockey season has several prime times and when you book a prime slot no one else can and if you cancel it is too late to rebook.
3. If you can make your spot let us know and we will try to sell it for you or sell it yourself. IF we are over booked we will provide a refund to you.

What can we do at home to help our child play better hockey?
Lots and Lots!

1. Support your Child but never let them quit.
2. Support your Coach.
3. Support your minor Hockey Organizations
4. Play hockey or go skating with your child!
5. Keep them healthy and active, do the homework assignments and exercise!

If we are looking for a select product or something special will u create it or assist us?

Of course, hockey is a complex game and we don’t pretend to know everything and we are glad to work with or support you in your efforts, let’s talk!
