Coaching Coaches This Seminar involves on ice, off ice, observation and demonstrations, recommendations and a few handouts for your benefits. Our staff will spend a minimum of 7.5 hours with you and your staff and team Coach selection for Minor Hockey Organizations Our Team will objectively select the best coaches for your Minor Hockey Organization using a process we have developed. This allows your organization to have a 3rd party make the difficult decisions for you free of relationships and potential hidden agendas. We use a process that involves: applications, testing interviews and we will make a written recommendation to you organization of the coaches best able to deliver the product your organizations wished to deliver. To all the coaches who wish to attend. This is a course offered at your rink it is a 2 part course, 2 – 3 hours of class room and 1 hour on ice followed by 1 more hour off ice. Hockey Mom 101 (no men allowed well maybe 1) Management Systems for Coaches, Players and Evaluations We know Minor Hockey is run by GRReat volunteers and it is often hard to do the extra little things that when done can make life easier for the next 10 years or more. Ask us to do this for you. Maybe share a project with another organization we all have similar goals. We have expertise in Hockey, IT, Software Development and Databases so tell us your goals and we can find the solution with or for you. Develop something large that can be resold and we will resell it for you and give you a royalty. Player, Conditioning, Off-ice Training and Assessment. Bonding and Team building away from the rink is always a great thing to do. Contact us to create a program for you or to participate in our scheduled programs. Player, Skill Assessment, GAMES Our Team will objectively measure your child’s skills or you can attend one of our Skills assessments sessions that will be offered 3 times a year. Our Team will analyze his/her play and giving you an honest assessment of Strengths and weaknesses. Get together with 4 other Parents, and one of our Team will attend 2 games and a practice and provide you with a written analysis and provide to you a written report. You can add to this our Skills testing program so that other tangible results can be tracked and monitored objectively for the next 5 years. REFEREEING 101 COACHES CAN NOT PARTAKE IN THE ABUSE OF REFEREES EVER! Referee inexperience, due in part to HIGH turnovers caused by the STRESS of being a young Referee is one of the biggest of the problems with our Minor Hockey Organizations. Being a Referee is a difficult task and this 2 part seminar offers all who attend a chance to “walk a mile in their shoes”. Part classroom and part on ice those who attend will have a new perspective on what it takes to be a referee. This course is designed to educate Parents and Coaches and all that want to attend on what is takes to be a Referee, how hard the job is and to generally put things into perspective to make it a better experience for all. If desired we suggest that your Referees attend this Seminar so they can be introduced to the Attendees, adding that personal touch and reducing the conflict in the future by making it personal. Skills Camps, After School Care The focus is on fit fun, being active and hockey in that order which is different from our other products. A healthy snack will be apart of it along with games, fun and good supervision. Please contact us for a quote. Skills Camps, Child, 1 Day This is a 9.25 hour day with 4+ dedicated staff taking care of 30+/- children; spots are limited so sign up fast. We have analyzed both the Public and Separate Schools Calendars and offer a full program for every day they are not in school. These courses are designed for all of those Professional Days during the School Year. Link here to see a list of days when they will be offered. A t-shirt shall be given to all participants. The cost of these camps will be $ 110.00 plus GST. There will be:

Skills Camp, Child, 2 day You just provide lunch and snacks for Day 1 & 2 (if not sleeping over), if your child is sleeping over then please add a sleeping bag, pillow and what ever else your child needs. We need a minimum of 12 children registered to offer this service. The cost of over night and second day’s meals is $ 47.50 plus GST (cheap considering the cost of time and travel time is money and they can make new friends).

Skills Camps, Child Weekly various We are running camps with differing ice times to suit your budget and appetite with 30+/- kids per session. Daytime and evening are available. The Focus is on skills and conditioning. Your child will be measured in the first and last practice sessions to see if there are improvements. There are handouts and questionnaires and a little Homework to keep them thinking hockey and we will take at least 2 weeks off so that we can all have a little break. The last 2 weeks will feature full on games in time for the upcoming season. Each camp will feature:
Our Camps will be placed in areas according to demand and will be structured as follows: 16 week, 1.25 hours a week of ice, no conditioning Evening May to Sept $ 340.00 plus GST When & where? Skills Camps, Adult Weekly When & where? Skills Camps, Child Week Long (Hockey Schools) When & where? Skills Camps, Player & Parent We require at least 3 Dads per Ice Session to participate for maximum effect. Dads will identify themselves and attend a preseason meeting and sing off on the consent forms. More dads can skate all dads are welcome. The Focus is on skills and conditioning. Your child will be measured in the first and last sessions to see if there are improvements. There are handouts and questionnaires and a little Homework. The Last 2 weeks will feature 2.5 hours of Ice Time with 2 games to be played in the last two weeks.
The cost of these camps will be $ 325.00 plus GST. When & where? Skills, TESTING 7 skills, 3 times a year Our Team will be on and off the ice measuring and recording, the player attends all stations and hands the report card to the Leader and does the drill only one chance to do the drill. We can arrange this for your Team (you provide the assistants), for your Organization (you provide the assistants) OR you can attend as an INDIVIDUAL to our pre arranged sessions. The cost for individuals for 7 separate tests done 3 times is $ 75.00. Register with us to get the times and locations closest to you. Participants of all ages welcome. Approximate costs per TEAM is $ 425.00 plus the ice time (about 30 minutes, your cost), 2 teams minimum with all of the parents supporting our activities and we will supply the equipment. Team Photographs Team Statistical Analysis & Training We can do 1 or 3 games together or at different times of the year to track improvements. You can ADD to this Video to the game or games as well and we can further analyze the video and provide that to you. Of course you get to keep the video. Teams Spring Hockey DEVELOPMENT There will be games, a weekly (not the WEEKEND) practice of 1.5 hours of ice time, off ice training weekly and tournaments to be entered. We will present at least 2 Tournaments. Into these teams we shall place all of our Core Values and show you where the “rubber meets the road” or as my Mom said the “proof is in the pudding”. I will need and select 3 asst coaches who shall work with and for us and shall be on the Ice with us. We preach an offensive, attack, attack, attack, and puck possession philosophy (think Oiler’s in the 80’s). Our focus will be on Skills, Team Play, Respect for the GAME the entire game, Lessons and GRReat, GRRitty, Hockey. And of course making the kids BETTER. Each kid will play equally with exceptions being made for penalties and when kids are benched for not following our core values. We will run 2 TRYOUT sessions skates for players wanting to make the team just so we have a balanced team. All are encouraged to try out, no politics here I assure you winning is not our primary goal, if your child is below expectations we offer a variety of seminars to change that. If you have your team and just wish to employ our Philosophies, techniques and leadership that is ok also we are easy to work with. We will not make changes to our game plan in a tight game to ensure a win, we will win as a team and lose as a team, there are lessons in both and we will teach them to your children. After each game we will address what occurred and prosper from it. This is DEVELOPMENT hockey anyone can play, but the coach reserves the right to refuse kids that are not at an adequate skill level (at this TIME) and that would not benefit until such time as skills are developed which of course is what we do. There will be 3, 1.5 hour tryouts ice times at a cost of $ 70.00 per child to attend if you are interested to make the team. We will have 3 staff in attendance and each attendee will receive a written report card. The coach will choose the players that best suit our focus and core values. This cost will be over and above the fees charged to those playing on the TEAM. If your child does not make it we will address with you and your child why after the second skate. Our focus is NOT on the ELITE as the spring “Triple A” wish to call themselves. Our focus in on improving a group of kids dedicated to that task employing our core values within. Teams will be developed as per the need and interest of our clients, you are free to apply singly or as a group or as a Team that will be run by us. We will run teams of 10 forwards, 6 defense and 2 goalies. We will practice 1 time a week on the ice for 1.5 hours and have 1 off ice session a week. Games will be arranged 3 a month and 1 tourney a month if parents wish. Tourneys will be an extra cost and based on the teams decisions. The Head Coach will be paid for their time spent with the Team and a manager also. Uniforms will be provided for use only and are to be returned. The cost of our program is $ 900.00 per kid. Timekeeper, Off Ice Official Course We have a presentation and some exercises and a question and Answer period and we will do it at your location. Tournaments, 3 on 3 Our format is as follows:
These tourneys will be the similar to our Development Tourneys except for the on ice format. 2 teams share a plays bench, penalties are penalty shots for minors, everything else in an auto ejection and a penalty shot. Fast, intense, skilled filled hockey. The cost per Team is $ 720.00 What are they? When & where? Tournaments, 3 on 3 Player and Parent
The cost per Team is $ 600.00 What are they? When & where? Our tournaments are simply different. Everyone is a winner as there are no championship games only development, development and development we simply wish to focus our efforts on the skills. If one team is wining to much we will trade kids (for the remainder of that game) so that each game maximizes the hockey development. We trust that you will find this tourney to be just what your kid needs to become a better hockey player. Tournament Itinerary Saturday Sunday Skills Sessions All drills will be diagrammed and in the dressing rooms and the lobby. We will run 40 kids at a time with goalies and we will spend 13 minutes at each station teaching a new skill. Each Child can attend any 2 session’s sign ups are at the Arena. Only attend Sessions you have signed up for please. All Parents are welcome to observe. Tourney Rules
The Tournament costs $ 1,500.00 per team to enter plus GST! When & where? Tournament Hosting & Organization Soon we plan to offer access to tournaments overseas for those more adventurous types, Coach Conroy has played hockey in 4 other countries and is well traveled and what could be better than a Hockey in another country. Sorry we have not been at all the ice times, we've done allot of camping this year. But for what we have been there for, you've been amazing with the kids and I have noticed a LARGE improvement with Joseph’s game!!
